Hello, I am Hrushikesh Sabnis, a resident of Pune, India. A management graduate by profession, the past eight years have been spent working in the financial services industry.
In 1991 when at a friend's house I saw his father (Mr. Vishwas Deval) folding paper. To my amazement he folded the paper till it took the form of a dancing couple. Fascinated, I asked if I too could learn this art. He promptly gave me one of his books 'Origami-I by Robert Harbin' along with some useful tips and hints to get started.
I participated in my first exhibition in Mumbai sometime in 1992. I have now been a paper folder for almost 14 years
Though I have not created any Original Models so far, here you can find photographs of some of my favorite models that I have folded.
